School of Foreign Languages successfully organized “The 2020 officials and employees Conference”

We were pleased to welcome Assoc. Prof. Tran Thanh Van – Deputy Director of Thai Nguyen University (TNU), Dr. Nguyen Tat Thang – Chairman of the Trade Union of TNU – Head of Department of Student Affairs. There were SFL’s administrators:  Dr. Le Hong Thang – Rector of SFL, Dr. Luu Quang Sang – Vice Rector, Dr. Dang Thi Thanh Huong – Vice Rector; Executive Committee of Trade Union of SFL, Executive Committee of SFL’s Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, leaders of all offices as well as all lecturers, officials, and employees of SFL.

At the conference, Dr. Le Hong Thang – Rector of School of Foreign Languages delivered the speech: “The results of implementing the Resolution of 2019-2020 Officials and Employees Conference and the direction of the tasks in 2020-2021”.

In the academic year 2019 – 2020, SFL has carried out the training program with many remarkable results. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Thai Nguyen University, Assoc. Prof. Tran Thanh Van warmly congratulated the achievements of SFL. He said these are also great results contributing to the innovation of education of Thai Nguyen University in particular, Vietnamese education in general.

There were some other discussions in the conference, such as: solutions to improve the quality of training management, improving the quality of teachers and counselor; constructing the union in the school. In addition, staff and lecturers of SFL have also give many positive suggestions, mainly around the issue of improving the quality of teaching and learning at SFL, ensuring the standard of foreign language competence of lecturers as well as students.
