The General Department has the function of advising and assisting the Rector in organizing and staffing work; legal work; equipment administration; security; administrative work, archives; emulation, commendation and discipline; information technology, library and learning materials development; building the organizational structure of SFL according to the regulations of the country, suitability to the development situation; making and implementing plans for construction and repair works, ensuring facilities for the management, teaching, research, study and activities of SFL.
– Develop plans of security and safety for school, plans for fire and flood prevention; take the main responsibility for the management and storage of all kinds of information and documents: organize, manage, and guide units in performance of administrative and archival work of SFL according to regulations; develop programs, plans and measures which are suitable to emulation program of Thai Nguyen University.
– Propose planning, long-term and short-term plans for IT application development, library system of SFL; organize the implementation of plans and programs for application management and development of IT and library. Manage and carry out works related to the unions of SFL under the direction of the Union Executive Committees.
