SFL-TNU welcomes delegation of universities of the Russian Federation
In the afternoon of February 28th, 2019, at SFL-TNU, there was a meeting and exchange between leaders of SFL-TNU and delegations from universities of the Russian Federation about opportunities for cooperation in the field of education and training. Attending the meeting, there are also the presence of teachers and students from Thai Nguyen High School, lecturers and experts from Thai Nguyen University who have studied in Russia and students majoring in Russian Language – SFL-TNU.

Participating in the meeting, there are representatives of Moscow State University of Languages, Institute of International Education of Volgograd National University, Tula National University. At the meeting, representatives of universities of the Russian Federation gives an overview of their universities; bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral training programs for foreigners, especially training programs according to scholarship targets (full and partial); proposing opportunities for exchange of lecturers and students; proposing cooperation in the field of scientific research, organizing summer camp programs for students …

Dr. Le Hong Thang – Rector of SFL-TNU introduces overview, the training disciplines and the development orientations of SFL in the future, and emphasizes the spirit of readiness to support the establishment of cooperative relations with universities of the Russian Federation.

Nguyen Thi Nhu Nguyet – Head of Rusian Department agrees with the proposals of the delegation of Russian universities in cooperating with SFL; expresses that efforts will be made in the near future to realize these proposals; at the same time, she proposes to the delegation to support Russian textbooks and learning materials for SFL.
The meeting takes place in an open and sincere atmosphere and achieves initial results on the exchange of information between the parties, agrees on the orientations of cooperation in the field of education, science and technology between SFL and partners.
