Congratulations to Associate Professor PhD Hoang Van Hung on his appointment as President of Thai Nguyen University! Dr. Hung is an alumnus from Australia’s University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He is a leading expert in environmental science and biological conservation with significant scientific research work. It’s fantastic to see Vietnamese applying their skills and experience, including that gained in Australia, to advance Vietnam.
Thai Nguyen University has received support from Australia to update its curricula and teaching methods and improve its governance so it can become an autonomous organisation.
